We are at Stanthorpe, Queensland and only a few hours from home. This concludes an almost 7 month journey spanning 5 states. From remote coastal dune and mallee country of the coastal Nullarbor, WA, to the wildflower, big timber and gold mining districts of the same state, to the Eyre and Fleurieu peninsula in SA and its beautiful southeast districts to the Riverland and mallee districts of Victoria, to big inland rivers of NSW through to the central and northern tablelands of the same. It’s been a great adventure, we are disappointed it’s over but we are already planning more trips away.
