A long drive today, as planned. Stopped at Moonie, St George and Cunnamulla. We are camped on the Paroo River, which is full. Made it in on sunset so no setup in the dark. Marg made a great stir fry for dinner. We are enjoying clear sky and 18 degrees. Fish are jumping in the river and an echidna has already patrolled around the trees near our camp.

I was able to contact VKS-737 on HF this morning. Tonight I could hear loud and reasonably clear the local Bayside radio club (VK4BAR) on 7.570 but they couldn’t hear me : ( and sorry Ranjan I probably missed your call again. it’s a short trip tomorrow so I will try at 17:30.
