Parry Lagoon is a wildlife haven, an extensive wetland system in the wet season and billabongs in the dry. We spent quite a while at Marlgu Lagoon, birdlife was prolific. Watched a whistling kite catch a fish and then a magic aerial display as a white-bellied eagle tried to steal it from the kite.

The view from the lookout at Wyndham over the 5 rivers is always worth a revisit.
