Day 29 – Windjana – Broome

Very early start, off before sunrise. The morning light across the savannah always a picturesque show stopper, huge boabs line the road like sentinels.

Arrive in Broome in time to make the markets, worth a visit and plenty of great art and food, and visiting the anti gas hub stall (AMCS) enlightened many about the daft idea that would only ruin the Kimberley region.

Watching the sunset at Cable Beach near Broome was pretty spectacular.

Spectacular photos as usual of sunrises and sunsets! Knew it wouldn’t take you long to catch up with the anti gas hub issue so pleased you let them know that it would be absolute disaster for The Kimberley.
Amazing to think that you have crossed Australia in one month. So many beautiful photos. Thanks for sending them, they are much appreciated.
